About This Practice
Just like Harry Potter, Wonder Woman, and Luke Skywalker, you are on a hero's journey. In this practice, you will narrate your own hero's journey as you overcome obstacles and achieve success. In the end, you will sense a deeper level of purpose as a caregiver that goes far beyond the day-to-day tasks of caregiving.

What do you fear
Think about what’s coming up in your journey. What is one fear you have about being a caregiver? Draw a small picture that represents that fear.
What do you crave
Think about something you wish you had on your caregiving journey. What do you wish you could do more of? Think outside of what someone else could provide you, and focus more on what you crave from yourself. Draw a small picture that represents that thing you crave.
What do you love
Think about something you would deeply love to do in your life. Something that has been stirring in you before you became a caregiver. Draw a small picture that represents that love.
